Visit from India Office of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation

On Tuesday 31 March 2015, the Department pf Primary Care and Public Health at Imperial College London hosted a visit from representatives of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's India Office (BMGF India). We discussed a range of topics including the education of medical students and the training of doctors to support the deliver of high-quality evidence-based medicine. We also discussed how inter-professional working could be supported to strengthen health systems, make health care more accessible, and improve health outcomes and public health.
