This week's seminar is by Dr Steve Hajioff, a senior member of the Public Health Action Support Team (PHAST). Dr Hajioff will speak about the work of PHAST. The seminar will be held at 12.30 pm in the Department of Primary Care & Social Medicine's Seminar Room . All Welcome.

The Department of Primary Care & Social Medicine organised a very successful joint conference in Mauritius with the University of Mauritius and the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life. A number of topics were discussed and conference proceeedings will be prepared soon.

The Department of Primary Care & Social Medicine at Imperial College ran very successful courses in the new GP VTS Application Process in January and March 2007. We will repeat the courses again in 2008.
